Mosirena and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group who does not comply with safety rules and guidelines or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the enjoyment of the tour by others. By booking a boat tour or using the embarking pontoon or swimming activities, you agree to assume all risks and release Mosirena, including its subsidiary companies, officers, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, agents, service providers, suppliers, and employees, from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
10. Liability Waiver
By booking any trip or activity with Mosirena, the client agrees to sign our Liability Form when boarding the boat for their trip. By signing this form, the client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the excursion and discharges Mosirena and any affiliated or related companies, including its employees, officers, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the trip.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By booking with Mosirena, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to abide by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Service Fee
Our online platform charges an 8% service fee, payable on the excursion rate, which will be directly forwarded to the service provider platform. By using our online booking platform, you agree to pay this service fee in addition to the excursion rate.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of our headquarters, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
